Refund policy

By Purchasing With Lexington & Gray, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

All approved refunds requested within the first 14 days after receiving your item(s) are refunded in full back to original payment. Any approved return requests made after the first 14 days to 30 days after receiving your item(s) will be refunded in store credit. 

Returns are subject to review. Not all returns will be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have Lexington & Gray tags still attached 
  • Not be damaged 
  • Be unwashed / no perfume scent 
  • Be clear of pet hair 
  • Be in original condition in which you received

The customer is responsible for shipping returns. Please keep tracking number. It will need to be provided to our team during the return process. 

Once we receive the item(s) please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After processing and your item has been approved you will receive notification of your refund status. 

If your item was not approved for refund and you wish to have it back, you will be responsible for shipping. Please make arrangements within 14 days. If not the item will be donated.

FINAL SALE: Sale items and orders purchased with sale codes are final sale. They will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding an exchange. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
