Shipping policy

Lexington and Gray currently offers $5.99 flat rate shipping. This rate is subject to change to any time. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping to the United States. At this time we only ship to the United States. If you live or wish to have an order shipped outside the United State feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to see if there is a way we can accommodate you.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shoplexingtonandgray@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
